Last minute info - demonstration at Kiasma Cafe 16.00 on Saturday:

A group of fine arts and media students from Tampere University of Applied Sciences will give a VJ performance in the corner of Lasipalatsi on Saturday 15th of March at 20:00-22:00. The display windows of the former street level studio of Finnish Broadcasting Company will turn into video screens to which real time manipulated video landscapes will be projected. During the performance a multitude of fantasies of the surrounding cityscape will be constructed in both contemplative and playful manner.

The performance is part of the Bumbing into (New) Media in Public Space workshop held in Tampere University of Applied Sciences by Mikko Lipiäinen and Sari Tervaniemi.

The group will give a demo of the performance in between the lobby of Kiasma and Kiasma´s cafe on Saturday at 16:00.
