As most European & international cultural associations, organisations, collectives or freelancers adjust their patterns of activity in the context of safe practices related to Covid-19 (novel Coronavirus), Pixelache Helsinki & Network promotes the combination of physical distancing, social engagement and solidarity this Spring to Summer 2020.
We hope to bridge the gap, support necessary artistic, hybrid & emerging practices exchange, cooperation-partnership building (and outreach), especially in relation to our next Pixelache Helsinki 2021 Festival, scheduled for 2nd week of June 2021, NEXT YEAR.
The related upcoming Open Call (for long-sighted projects) will open THIS YEAR for the period *15.4.-.15.5.2020*. A festival webpage telling more about the festival, and upload form for proposals is being prepared this next month.
Old-time Pixelache Helsinki member & lead facilitator for Festival 2021, Andrew Gryf Paterson, will host a public online conversation space each Friday at 15.00-16.00 (Helsinki time, EEST, GMT+3), starting 20.3. until Midsummers eve (19.6.) in June. You can read his related Open Letter, related to theme #Burn____
Prepare yourself some tea, for a catch up, social-casual blether, some cultural production & archival musings in these critical, considerate, empathetic and adventurous times.
Join him and us together, with the Zoom app/browser meeting link for Pixelache's special Tea Party Zoom link: https://zoom.us/j/693064381 [Meeting ID: 693 064 381]
