Helsinki 3 weeks before Pixelache 2011: bright sunshine, a lot of snow, a steadily frozen Baltic Sea, temperature approx -20 Celsius.
It's likely that during the festival the weather will not be as cold as right now, but it's also certain that it won't be very warm ;).... So bring your warm clothes!
